FOR WOMEN FOUNDERS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
Clear direction on AI, privacy, and risk for your business.
Practical guidance from someone with almost a decade in investigations and compliance consulting, plus coaching to help you make the decisions and follow through on them.
Questions founders bring me
Can I put client information into ChatGPT?
Do I need a privacy policy, and does mine match what we do?
A client sent me a security questionnaire. Now what?
Do I need an AI policy, even if it’s just me?
IS THIS YOU?
Does this sound like you?
You know the legal and risk side of your business matters. You also know it keeps landing at the bottom of the list.
-
You use AI tools every day, and nobody set the rules – client notes, contracts, and customer emails go into tools no one has checked, whether it's just you or your whole team.
You don't know what your AI tools do with your data – whether it's stored, shared, or used to train the next version.
You're using AI in hiring or marketing – and you're not sure where the line is on fairness, disclosure, or claims.
You want to use AI more, not less – you just want to do it in a way you can explain to a client.
-
Your privacy policy came from a template – and it doesn't describe what your business actually collects or does.
Customer data lives everywhere – your email, your scheduling tool, a spreadsheet, your newsletter platform, and a few apps you forgot about.
You're not sure which privacy laws apply to you – especially as you start selling to customers in other states or countries.
You'd struggle to answer a customer who asked what you have on them – or to delete it if they asked.
-
A bigger client sent you a security or AI questionnaire – and the deal is waiting on your answers.
You click "I agree" on software terms without reading them – so you don't know what your scheduling, email, or AI tools can do with your clients' information.
You've made promises about client data – like "we never share your information" or "your files stay confidential" – and you're not sure your tools keep them.
You're not sure when something needs a lawyer – so you either pay for legal help you didn't need, or skip it when you did.
-
It feels too big to start – so it stays on the list, month after month.
You're afraid of finding out you've been doing it wrong – so not looking feels easier.
Every article you read makes it feel more urgent and less clear – and you still don't know what to do first.
You're the only one who can make these calls – and you're already making all the others.
See yourself here? Let’s figure out what to fix first.
WHY WORK WITH ME
Get clear on the risks, so you can get back to work.
For almost a decade, I worked in investigations, financial crime compliance, data privacy, and AI governance at firms like KPMG and BDO, and I earned a master's in law, specializing in regulatory and compliance, along the way. I've seen what goes wrong when risk gets ignored, and I've seen how much easier it is to fix early.
I'm also a Certified High Performance Coach™. So we don't stop at a list of fixes. We work on the decisions, the follow-through, and the reasons this kept getting pushed back.
Plain language – no jargon, and no 40-page report you'll never open.
Built for small businesses – fixes sized to your business, your budget, and your tools, whether it's just you or a team of fifty.
AI-positive – the goal is to use AI with confidence, not to stop using it.
Clear about my lane – I'm not a lawyer. I'll tell you when you need one, and what to ask them.

Compass: an AI and privacy review for your business
In about a month, we map how your business uses AI and data, find the gaps that matter, and put a plan in place you can actually follow. You leave with written documents, not just notes from a call.
-
Intake questionnaire
About 30 minutes. You list your tools, what data you collect, who your customers are, and what you’ve promised them.
-
Mapping session
We walk through your tools and workflows together and trace where customer, client, and team data goes, including into AI tools.
-
Findings and plan
I send your documents ahead of time. We go through what I found, what to fix first, and what can wait.
-
Follow-through check-in
We review what you've put in place, work through anything that stalled, and adjust the plan.
Pricing
A flat fee, quoted for your business
Every Compass review includes three sessions, written deliverables, and email questions for 30 days. The fee depends on your team size and how many tools we're mapping. Tell me about your business and I'll send a quote within two business days.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
AI and data map – your tools, what data goes into each one, and what their terms say about it.
Risk summary – the gaps that matter most for a business your size, in plain language.
Priority fix list – what to do now, in the next 90 days, and later.
AI use policy – a draft written for how you, your team, and any contractors use AI, ready to share.
Questions for your lawyer – a short list for anything that needs legal advice, so you only pay for what you need.

QUESTIONS
Before you book
-
No. I'm a compliance and risk professional with a master's in law specializing in regulatory and compliance, and I don't give legal advice. I help you understand your risks, set up good practices, and know when to bring in a lawyer. When you need one, I'll give you a list of questions to take with you.
-
Compass is a flat fee, so you know the full cost before we start. It depends on your team size and how many tools and systems we're mapping. Request a quote and I'll reply within two business days.
-
No one can promise that from one review. Compass shows you where your gaps are, what matters most, and what to do first. Most small businesses are in a much better place after fixing the top few items.
-
No. If you can show me the tools you use every day, we can map the rest together.
-
Small businesses handle customer data and use AI tools too, usually without anyone whose job it is to check. Compass is sized for teams of one to about fifty.
-
Service businesses of all kinds: coaches and consultants, agencies, wellness practices, creative studios, and online shops. If you handle client or customer information, Compass fits.
-
Yes. In a Breakthrough session or ongoing advisory, we can work on any decision in front of you, including pricing, hiring, and the pace you're running at.
-
Most founders start with Compass. If you have one urgent question, start with a Breakthrough. Not sure? Book a free 20-minute chat and we'll figure it out.
