Hi, I’m Gini.
I'm a Certified High Performance Coach™ and the founder of Gini Winkelmann Advisory. Before coaching, I spent almost a decade in investigations, compliance, data privacy, and AI governance at firms like KPMG and BDO. It taught me to look past the first answer for the pattern underneath, and I bring that to your career and your business.
Most of the women I work with are capable, driven, and good at what they do. They're also tired of a version of success that costs them their energy, their relationships, or their sense of self. I help them build careers and businesses that fit the life they want.
